Medical Equipment

Our exhibit of interesting medical equipment and devices documents the evolution of medical technology in East Alabama. Composed of donations from local physicians, veterinarians, dentists and from the inventory of Opelika's first hospital, our medical artifacts form an eclectic and eccentric collection representing medical treatment in the late 19th and early 20th Centuries.
